Dear editor, it is my opinion that the health care bill takes away my rights: to make my own decisions about whether to buy or not to buy insurance; if I must be evaluated by a “team” in my old age (now); if my taxes pay for abortions; if I go to jail if I do not buy insurance; if government-run insurance is a wise move; taking away my freedom of choice regarding insurance.
In my America I have the freedom to choose or not to choose health care insurance. In this health care bill it will be demanded. What about my freedom of choice?
In my America I should not be required to pay someone’s medical charges to abort he/she who is being aborted because that person as a fetus is as much a human being as I.
My taxes should not be used for murder. Repeal the bipartisan majority of the House of Representatives passing H.R. 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act. This bill will probably bankrupt my country, USA.
Please hear my heart cry for keeping my freedoms as written in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Please listen and vote against the health care bill under consideration now.
Please repair Medicare, which will cost much less than paying the price for the health care bill.
Please remember that I want no more taxes, especially to pay for someone else’s health care needs.
