TOPS Club, Inc. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a powerful, nonprofit, non-commercial weight loss support organization with thousands of associate chapters in the United States and Canada.

Members (about 200,000 worldwide) learn about nutrition, portion control, food planning, exercise, and more, in weekly meetings. Weigh-ins, group feedback and support help members achieve their goals.

TOPS is the original weight loss organization and its international headquarters is located in Milwaukee, Wis. TOPS national dues are $26 per year. Each chapter has a monthly dues of $2 to $5 depending on the size or needs of the chapter.

A local TOPS Chapter (TOPS #CA 1542) meets  Thursday mornings, 8:30-11 a.m., at Newells Mobile City Clubhouse, 4427 Solano Ave., in Napa.
