Dan Siegle, M.D., presents a lecture, 'Mindsight in Infant, Child & Parent Work: A New Understanding of Human Development for a Healthy, Joyful and Wisdom Filled World.'
Dr. Siegel is an internationally renowned neuroscientist that developed the concept of interpersonal neurobiology. He was an invited presenter for the late Pope John Paul II and has lectured with the Dalai Lama. A Harvard Medical School graduate, he is currently a clinical professor of psychiatry at UCLA School of Medicine.
Tickets are $100. Sign-in is at 8:30 a.m., and the presentation is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is an educational endeavor and not for profit. The lecture is part of the 2009-2010 University of Massachusetts Boston Infant-Parent Mental Health Post-Graduate Training in Napa, and all proceeds are used to pay faculty costs.
