Losing a loved one to suicide can cause us to feel that our lives are fragmented in numerous and challenging ways. We may experience shock, disbelief, confusion, anger, sadness, guilt, shame and isolation. This group offers grief education and an opportunity for participants to share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This is a weekly drop-in group on Wednesdays, 4-5:30 p.m., held at Napa Valley Hospice, 414 S. Jefferson Street, Napa. Info and registration, 258-9080.
