A St. Helena man was arrested after he allegedly kicked a woman in the thigh.

At 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday, St. Helena police received a report of fighting on the 1100 block of Oak Avenue.
They responded and spoke with Isaac John Whitlach, 34, and the woman. They admitted to arguing, during which Whitlach said he was going to move out and started to pack his belongings, police said.

The woman sat on his camera gear to disrupt him, they said. Whitlach kicked her in the thigh to get her off the camera gear, police said.
The victim had a visible injury on her thigh, police said. Whitlach was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and booked at the Napa County Department of Corrections.

" WOW that was a violent crime,
makes the Oakland Raiders Tom Cable crime look like a child play ground injury, but this should be easy for the Napa DA, hope the victim doesn't change her story, he, the DA really hates to waste our tax dollars on a case like this..
If I were Isaac John Whitlach, be tight lipped,
I think it's better to not say a thing, it's now a fact that the Napa DA lets spousal abusers (info only the DA can have) named Tom Cable off after committing even a more violent crime in Napa on a co worker like breaking his jaw, and not making any commits to police.
a jury of 12 wouldn't convict this man, because she said she had visible injury on her thigh, or did the police see a red mark, I know this, a broken jaw like the one Cable left on his victim was a stomach turning injury from the hospitals view, a leg with a red mark on it would leave this jurior with a feeling, why are you your wasting my time Napa DA. " If he actually kicked her, he should have to go to anger management classes.

If she actually sat on his camera bag to disrupt him from leaving, she should have to go to classes with him. "

" OK, it may have been an argument. But sitting down on the camera equipment deserves being kicked? Are any of you saying she deserved it? A break-up is one thing, physical violence is a completely different thing. "

" people take note of what gets through to the court and what doesn't. constantly people get away with big fat crimes. constantly people get the absolute maximum for significantly less, even the wrong people get accused with a manipulative weave of blatant lies, allowing the cheif criminal another getaway. the d.a. does not properly investigate these false accusations, just convict with their own staff of public defenders. this guy may be guilty of kicking, but there are situations where a even more serious offenders get away with crime because the d.a. doesn't want a challenge to seek justice, just an easy target to get a conviction. it is all about money and power. there is no balance in the scales of justice. i am looking forward to the next opportunity in the spring to vote in the local elections. take a visit to the court room and witness firsthand what is goin on. " Once in the system, always in the system.. and Tom Cable needs to be punished.. but that would mean that the Raiders might not come back to Napa.. Something about money that rules this town... No money..go to jail. Lotta money.. walk away with nothing but a slap on the hand.. no no bad boy. "
