NAPA - Richard Glen Bell, a native Napan, died Oct. 24, 2009, at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. Born at the old Parks Victory Hospital in Napa on July 6, 1954, Richard attended Napa schools and graduated from Big Bend community college in Washington.

NAPA - Ruth Jeanette (Kyllo) Sire died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at age 91. She was born April 8, 1918, to Richard and Amanda (Bjornson) Kyllo in Olmstead County, Minnesota. She was a 1936 graduate of Hayfield High School and attended Mankato Commercial College in 1938.
