Disturbance call leads to arrest

A man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs.

At 7:54 p.m., Napa police went to the 2200 block of Marin Street after a report of a disturbance. They found that Braulio Margo Pelayo, 24, and his girlfriend had been arguing for the past two days. Pelayo, who is on parole, showed signs of being under he influence of drugs.
He was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation and being under the influence of drugs and booked at the Napa Count Department of Corrections.
