Napa High 10th at Varsity Girls Golf Masters

Napa High shot a 484 total to finish 10th in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Girls Golf Championship at The Reserve at Spanos Park Monday.
Desiree Anderson was Napa’s top finisher, shooting a 78. Anderson was followed by Claire Troussieux (98), Presley Bohanan (98), Chelsea Bergin (100), Haylee Cuneigsn (110) and Michelle Rompel (114).
St. Francis-Sacramento won with a 373 total, Oak Ridge-El Dorado Hills was second (437) and Christian Brothers-Sacramento (446) was third. The top three teams advance to the CIF Northern California Championships Nov. 9 at Almaden Country Club in San Jose.
Individuals adVancing to NorCals are Shawnee Martinez of Enochs (71), Paige Lee of Granite Bay (72), Sagee Palavivatana of Center-Sacramento (73), and Marissa Hinchman of Lodi (75).
Union Mine (447), east Union (460), St. Mary’s-Stockton (461), Rio Americano-Sacramento (473), Lodi (477), Pleasant Grove-Elk Grove (481), Napa, Enochs (488), El Camino-Sacramento (491), and Escalon (512) followed in the the team scoring.
