Real estate group taps Steve Gregory as local partner

The United State’s top-selling real estate sales group has selected a local top Realtor as their exclusive global partner in the Napa Valley.

John McMonigle, owner of the Newport Beach-based McMonigle Group/Coldwell Banker International Previews announced that his search for the most successful and dedicated Napa Valley Realtor has resulted in the addition of Steve Gregory of Coldwell Banker – Brokers of the Valley to his exclusive team of top-ranked, high-end sales affiliate professionals.
McMonigle’s connection with Gregory will blend a proven professional local marketing effort with supplemental market penetration not only in California but throughout the nation and the world.

During the past five years, McMonigle has sold properties totaling more than $2.1 billion. His office has been honored as the top-selling team in the nation for NRT (Coldwell Banker’s parent company).
