Pacific Union welcomes Meacham to St. Helena office

Linda Carroll, Pacific Union Real Estate vice president and branch manager of the Napa and St. Helena offices, announced that Nancy Meacham has joined the firm’s St. Helena office as a broker associate.

Formerly with Morgan Lane, Meacham is a 22-year real estate veteran who works with all types of homes, including contingency sales, commercial properties and combined use properties.

She also has extensive experience marketing complex segments of large country property, vacant land sale transactions, investment property sales and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

“The majority of Nancy’s business comes from repeat customers and referrals from previous clients, confirming her high level of expertise and her clients’ respect for her integrity and performance,” said Carroll.

Meacham was born and raised in Vallejo and lives in Pope Valley.
