A workshop for facilities managers, general managers and staff engineers of hotels, inns and B&Bs will offer information on rebates, incentives and financing options for improving their bottom line with environmentally sound practices.

It will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country, One DoubleTree Drive, in Rohnert Park.
Keynote speaker is Jeff Slye of iReuse, a leading specialist guiding more than 90 hotels and restaurants to initiate and adopt environmental programs.  He will discuss examples for green products, services and practices with a business friendly approach that recognizes the different brand, image, quality, and financial sensitivities and requirements of hotels.

The second half of the workshop will feature a comprehensive question and answer panel. They will offer concrete solutions, and rebates, incentives and financing options that can help properties prepare for new green building codes, mandatory commercial turf restrictions and alleviate continuing, in some cases worsening, budget pressure.
The cost is $40 at the door. This includes registration, and lunch.
