GRANTS PASS, Ore. - Dianne Bayliss Silva, 54, passed away Oct. 26, 2009, in Grants Pass, Ore. She was born July 15, 1955, in Hot Springs, S.D. She graduated from Napa High School in 1973 and married her husband, John in August 1973. She worked as a switchboard operator for 10 years. Dianne was very active with camping, fishing, cooking and spending time with her five grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, John A. Silva, and daughters, Cathy (Monte) Pearson and Anne (Kevin) Heins, all of Grants Pass, Ore.; grandchildren, Luke Silva, Aimee Jones, Jacob Thiede, John Heins and Katelyn Thiede; sisters, Sharon and Tami; nieces, Suzanne and Catherine; and nephew, Sean.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Bayliss.

Memorial services will be held Oct. 30, 1 p.m., at Stevens Family Chapel, on Williams Highway, in Grants Pass, Ore.
