New licenses for engineers at Riechers Spence & Assoc.

Principal/vice president Christopher Tibbits has passed the professional land surveyor exam and is now a licensed land surveyor, Riechers Spence & Associates announced.

Also, one of the firm’s design engineers, Ryan Panganiban, has passed the professional engineers exam and is now registered professional engineer.
Finally, assistant engineer James Patrick has completed his EIT exam and is now an engineering-in-training.

Tibbits joined RSA in April 1997. During his 12 years as a project manager and principal has completed an impressive range of projects including The Westin, Copia, and Queen of the Valley’s Imaging and Wellness Centers.
Panganiban has been a design engineer with RSA since April 2005 working on many of the firm’s resort hotel projects and commercial developments, including the recently opened Avia Hotel and CVS Pharmacy.

Patrick was also hired in 2005 and serves as an assistant engineer for RSA’s subdivision and public projects teams.
