Raiders head coach Cable not facing criminal charges

Napa County's district attorney announced Thursday afternoon that Oakland Raiders head coach Tom Cable is not going to face criminal charges in an August 2009 incident in Napa that resulted in assistant coach Randy Hanson's jaw being broken.

" Wow! I didn't see that coming. Napa wouldn't ever want to do anything to jeoperdize the cash cow Raiders. Its not like any other law abiding Napan would be charged by the DA's office if they broke somebodys jaw and threaten to kill them. Nice job Napa. It just goes to show that big money always buys justice. "

" From the posts I have read here on the issue it sounds to me like the DA is the bad guy regardless. If he doesn't press charges = Bad Guy. If he did press charges, Cable would have been let go as there was no evidence. If that happened these same people would be asking why he wasted tax payer money going to court with a case with no evidence. Maybe you guys should go to law school and quit whining? "
