" Why on earth would they bring back someone that might help them? They haven't drafted anybody the last three years that will. "

" Hey Crusher fan. First I knew Russ and he was a class kid. Great kid and really great teams Vintage fielded for a long time. He and others helped turn all of Napa football into one of the State's Highest Class area's of football, something for all of Napa and Northern California to be proud of. Hope the tragedy of his death can turn positive to the kids currently in the Vintage program and help turn it around.
As far as the Raiders go, hate to say I told you so, but........They have now financed my Hawaii trip for this year so I guess I should be a fan. They have been the dregs of the NFL for so long, Al Davis has got to go before they will ever turn around. He had his time way in the past 60's 70's and part of the 80's. Their is no Poise or Pride. No Just Win Baby. No hope. If I were a Raider's fan, I would be wearing a bag over my head like the old Saint's(Aint's) fans..AND I'll be a man and admit I was wrong about the Indians. Losing to Vista De Lego...Wow, who saw THAT coming. And I was wrong about Merced, Napa did win and big at Merced. So, nobody's perfect...How about my Jet's vs Raiders. What ya think??? "
