Tee Off Fore Kids Golf Invitational July 10
The Active 20-30 Club of Napa will host the inaugural Tee Off Fore Kids Golf Invitational on Friday, July 10, at Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club.
Check-in will be 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch at noon. There will be a shotgun start and scramble format play beginning at 1:30 p.m.
There will be a dinner and reception at 6 p.m.
The cost for golf is $155, and for dinner only is $45.

Adult Education golf classes start July 13
Napa Valley Adult Education is offering a series of five-week beginning and intermediate golf classes at Vintner’s Golf Club in Yountville.
The cost for the entire five-week session is $97. Beginning golf classes meet Monday or Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., starting July 13 or 14. Intermediate golf classes meet Wednesday or Thursday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., starting July 15 or 16.

Napa Golf Course instruction this summer
Napa Golf Course will offer couples golf lessons for men and women of all ability levels July 11-Aug. 8, Aug. 15-Sept. 12, and Sept. 19-Oct. 17. The fee is $150 per couple for five one-hour Saturday sessions, which each start at 10 a.m. Classes are limited to the first four couples that register.
Other instructional opportunities:
• The Ladies Night Out clinic provides one hour of instruction to the beginner or novice, followed by wine and cheese at Jack’s Bar and Grille. It meets from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays. Remaining sessions are July 20-Aug. 17, and Aug. 24-Oct. 5. The cost is $89 per session.
• For the Ladies Sunday Clinic, participants must have completed a Ladies Night Out clinic or have more knowledge than a beginner. It will run from 10 to 11:15 a.m. Sundays. The remaining dates are Aug. 9-Sept. 6, and Sept. 20-Oct. 4 and Oct. 18. Cost is $89.
• A Junior “Rookies” Camp is for players ages 6-11 who have limited or no knowledge of the game. The fee is $99 for the course, which runs July 7-10 from 1 to 2 p.m. daily.
• The Juniors “Next Level” clinic will target the intermediate junior who would like to be more competitive by learning course management and strategy and building on a strong fundamental base.
Students will have the opportunity to play on the course. The fee is $109 for four one-hour classes. The dates are July 14-17 and Aug. 4-7, from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. each day. For more information, call 255-4333.
Wine Country Aquatics offers summer programs
Wine Country Aquatics of Napa will be offering the following programs at the Vintage High School pool throughout the summer — youth competitive and fitness swim team; swim lessons; U.S. Masters swim program; and AAU diving instruction.

Napa Valley Swim Team accepting new members
The Napa Valley Swim Team is accepting new members, ages 6-18, to all levels of its year-round competitive program.
Practices are held at the Napa Valley College pool with the swimmer’s schedule determined by level.
Tryouts are conducted Fridays at 5 p.m. or by appointment.
Prospective members should be able to swim 25 yards of both freestyle and backstroke. For questions or to arrange a tryout, call 257-7946.
