Erica Valentine joins Scion

Erica Valentine, a wine industry veteran, has joined Scion Advisers, a Napa-based firm that specializes in working with family-owned and closely-held businesses and aiding them in improving performance and profitability. Valentine will be a senior associate.

Most recently, she was estate director at Icon Estates, working with the Simi brand, and previously was with Seagram Chateau & Estates. She also had been associated with top wineries, including Shafer, Markham, Hanzell and Stag's Leap Wine Cellars.
