A Napa man was arrested Monday on suspicion of felony DUI  after allegedly being involved in a crash at Lincoln Avenue and Kennedy Way.

At about 9 p.m. Monday, police say, Emmanuel Ortiz was driving his Ford east on Lincoln when he allegedly hit a Toyota as he turned left onto Kennedy Way. After unsuccessfully completing field sobriety tests, Ortiz, 25, was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and failure to yield while making a left turn.

The crash victim was an unidentified 25-year-old male who was treated on the scene for a cut to the back of his head. The man also complained of back pain, Napa Police Sgt. Brian McGovern said.

Ortiz was booked on suspicion of felony DUI at the county jail.
