Poll: What should happen with same-sex marriages in California

The state Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Proposition 8, the ban on same-sex marriages in California, should stand.

The high court also ruled that 18,000 same-sex marriages performed while such marriages were legal in California remain valid.
