The Napa Renegades, an AAU girls basketball team made up of fourth and fifth graders, went 2-1 to finish in third place in the annual Petaluma Shoot Out tournament last weekend. It was the Napa team’s first tournament.

Napa resident Rick Brandt made a hole-in-one at the Napa Golf Course on Friday. The ace came on the 16th hole a 168-yard, par-three. He used an 8-iron.
