Hoping a new and expanded facility will spell out winemaking success, Spelletich Cellars has moved from its downtown home to a south Napa corporate park.

In 2010, David Magna will have been in the hair business for 30 years. It’s a career that started when he was 13, working in his father’s salon. He has cut and styled hair in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Chicago, Carmel and Sacramento. “I’ve been all over the place,” Magna said.

Dear Len & Rosie, My husband and I have a living trust that includes a family limited partnership for rental houses and my one-person business corporation. I have concerns that things might not have been completed. For example, the living trust has a Schedule A with our assets listed, but I’ve heard that my corporate stock needs to be assigned to the living trust and that the properties need to be deeded.
