Maybe you've seen them on various Web sites, or perhaps you've laughed at the Julia Wertz book, "I Saw You," full of cartoons poking some good-natured fun at the Missed Opportunities ads ... you know, the ones where a person tries via the Internet to get word out to someone they saw on the street, in a coffeehouse, while driving down the street or more ...

We don't have a section specifically set up for Napa's own Missed Connections ... well, not until now ... for here is your chance for one week to post your own Missed Connection to see if that man or woman who caught your eye can find you right here at NapaValleyRegister.com.

Go on, give it a try ... have fun with it, and remember, our comment guidelines do apply, so be nice!

I knew I wasn't the only one who felt this way. 30 days is more than enough time to crush a powerful nation like our own. I am in awe of your comprehension of politics. Why can only you and I see what is truly happening?

Perhaps we can get together sometime? Maybe next week if our country still exists. Let's have a cup of coffee as we discuss the latest Obama socialist agenda that is sure to push our country closer to third world status. Better yet, we'll skip the coffee. We can deposit that extra money into our bank accounts. After all, our children will need that money to pay off the massive debt Obama has been ringing up over the past eight years and 36 days.

So I know it's you, please tell me what my response to your comment was and which Rush talking point I harped on about. "
