JV Girls Basketball: Vintage 49, Vallejo 15

Mariah Miller was the leading scorer for the Crushers (13-3 overall) in Tuesday night’s nonleague game with 16 points. Olivia Husted and Ashlee Sills each had eight while Emily Peterson had six.

JV Girls Basketball: Napa 56, Rodriguez 53

Napa (8-5 overall) was led by Dani Green with 16 points, Becca Steen with 10, Lauren Holster with eight, Kelsey Vanderschoot with seven, Danielle Beatty with five, Morgan Benson with four points and three assists, MacKenzie LeMasters with three points, three steals and three assists, and Casey Van Camp with three points and four boards.

Napa Renegades slate basketball tryouts

There will be tryouts for fifth and sixth grade candidates for the AAU Napa Renegades girls basketball team at the small gym at Napa High on Friday, Saturday and Monday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
