He outlasted everyone else, picking the right team week after week to claim the title of Survivor Game Champion in this year's Can You Beat Randy? pro football pool at NapaValleyRegister.com.

Chip Lilienthal of Napa (project707) receives a trophy from Doc's Trophy Shoppe in Napa for making it through Week No. 17 this year in the survivor game.
The survivor game gave fans a chance to pick one team each week that would win. Sounds easy enough, right?

The trick is once you select a team to win, you cannot select that team again the rest of the season.
Mike Dashiell of Washington state (SequimMike) finished second to Lilienthal.

Now that the playoffs are here, each game counts for more points. Also, each player's worst four weeks are tossed out, so the standings can really get jumbled this time of year.

" Good Job Chip not an easy thing to do. As many of us found out in the first couple or three weeks. "

" Thanks everyone this is a huge honor, but I would like to thank all the people who made it possible.

First of all Kara and JT, EV BBQ, Flee Low Productions, Randy Candy, Pakistani Patriot, Jacks Plumbing and especially the Raiders and 49ers making them the easiest picks every week to go the entire season undefeated. "
