10 Questions for Margaret Gokey of California Hand and Rehabilitation
After Margaret Gokey’s father was diagnosed with cancer, she returned to her home state of New York to help care for him. It was a move that shaped her future career as well.
Less than two weeks ago the Napa Valley College Small Business Development Center held its first Business Plan Competition for young entrepreneurs. In the past 16 years that I have worked with businesses and business development, I have never been as impressed as I was with the caliber and spirit of our young entrepreneurs.
Where there's no will, there's a way
Dear Len & Rosie, My mother-in-law passed away recently and we were shocked to find out that she did not have a will or any sort of estate planning done. My husband is her oldest child, and at one time had power of attorney for her, but it was so long ago that he can’t find the paperwork and he doesn’t know if it was durable or temporary.
In addition to the expanded Oxbow Produce Market, two other businesses have rather quietly opened in Oxbow Public Market.
