Share your dealsOK, admit it, you're surfing all the shopping sites online today while at work, buying Christmas presents for family and friends rather than balancing the end-of-month books or responding to all the e-mail that piled up while you were away from work on Thanksgiving break, right?

If that's the case, what are the best deals you came across today during Cyber Monday, the big post-Thanksgiving shopping day online?

For anyone who is interested in your online purchases supporting a charity, please check out onecause. Many local schools are registered and a percentage of your purchase goes to your designated school or other cause (they have many causes to designate). This does not cost you anything and you can help a charity of your choice! "

" How about some sort of toy for a child who is less fortunate and doesn't get the joy of opening a Christmas present!

" I bought Legos (lego.com) for the kids. AWESOME deals on some of the kits and way lower than any other website or store. Something the kids can continue to play if the power goes out and on the constructive/creative side too. I almost bought some for me, but I controlled myself... "

" With all due respect to Mr. Ross... Can you stop focusing on the materialistic side of Christmas. Talk about the true meaning of the season. Take your children to visit those less fortunate this season. Help out serving at the Table.

I am with you Trebinje!!!! Teach and don't spend this season. "

" proudmama2, black friday and cyber monday are such big events that I don't see any problem with sections devoted to them. With that being said, it would be interesting to have a topic on favorite charities or what people do to give back this time of year. I would be interested in hearing what other people do. It may give myself and others some ideas. "

" Alas - I may have to change my moniker to something less extravagant. Who can afford Pernod in this economy?

Although I did buy some shoes from Mason Direct - they have size 14 wides. No one in town carries this size.

The very polite young sales person at Jockey actually ordered some unmentionables for me - they did not have my size in stock at the Factory Store. Because she ordered them, I did not have to pay shipping and they came to my house. So... does that count as shopping local and using the internet at the same time? "

" I bought my husband one of those digital photo frames from Macy's online. I had a coupon in the mail and a coupon code from online. It ended up not being expensive, but the photos of our grandkids that will be on it will be priceless. "

" No, no, no I did Not find any special deals on line.... only like 1 to 5 dollars off items plus you would have to pay for s&h .... I think there are going to be better deals after new years.... Last year I got some really good deals after New Years....For example JC penney has had better deals in the past than black friday... for example how about green tag sale items plus an additional 50% off.... now thats what I would of called really good deals! but unfortunately they don't do that right before christmas. "

You can turn them into to the sheriff's office just outside Yountville. It might not be with toys for tots but they are doing the same thing. "

Actually I am not. Me and my wife don't buy Christmas presents and we don't get them from friends and family because we have told them we don't want them to buy them for us. It makes things very easy, if we want something we will buy it. It might have something to do with us not being Christian, then again, it might not. "

Also the Salvation Army is not closed, just the retail location in Napa. "
