Tuesday kicks off a new NapaValleyRegister.com feature called Napa Chefs Online with L. Pierce Carson.

In this, Pierce interviews a chef from a Napa Valley establishment while the chef prepares a meal and explains what goes in to preparing the meal. All the recipes are also shared with our readers.
This is our version, so to speak, of a Food Network cooking show, but developed and produced for this Web site.

The videos are long, like a cable tv cooking show would be, so don't think there's something wrong when you see that this video with Winery Chef Dominic Orsini from Silver Oak Cellars is 17-plus minutes long, as it takes that long to show you Chef Orsini's work in progress.
Do you have a Napa Valley chef who you would like to see featured in a Napa Chefs Online video? Add his or her name to the story comments below.

" Kelly would be very entertaining to watch - would Pierce survive? Could you film any of her decorations? Would she show up?

PS... The last two times I have eaten at Kelly's the food was superb, the music fantastic and the service friendly.

" I think it's funny that no one even remotely talk about the cooking skills of the chef featured in this clip... oh except for "Annebella" who was admireing other qualities.... Great idea though now let's improve on the chef featured and put a more well known exciting chef.. "
