Move those clocks back Sunday

11 a.m.That's right, folks, it is time to gain an hour of sleep this weekend, and not just because you passed out due to all the Halloween candy you ate.

Daylight-saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, when the clcks get moved back one hour.
Remember when we all used to move the clocks back the last Sunday in October? Well, that changed when a federal energy bill passed in August 2005, with the hour loss now taking place the first Sunday in November.

Next year, daylight-saving time ends Nov. 1, with the time change taking place Nov. 7 in 2010 and Nov. 6 in 2011.
Arizona and Hawaii do not have daylight-saving time in place.
