A Napa County Sheriff’s deputy patrolling Highway 29 near Yountville on Wednesday night noticed a car driven by Jeffrey Portue. He knew Portue was wanted on outstanding warrants and stopped his car.

Portue’s wallet was on the dashboard. When the deputy searched the wallet, he found a baggie of suspected methamphetamine inside, sheriff’s Lt. Tracey Stuart said.
The deputy also located a baggie of marijuana on the car seat, Stuart said.

Portue, 41, of Calistoga, was arrested on suspicion of possession of meth and marijuana, violation of probation and the outstanding warrants.

" See, "14obama", that's the kind of tolerance, acceptance and compassion we can count on from liberals like you. Not to mention the abject confusion we consider as normal conduct also. I mean, throwing pot and meth in to the same category, wow, that shows a real insight and perspective that you surely must be proud of. Yeah, "14obama" wants all you pot smokers to meet a terrible fate because after all, the impact on society from pot and meth are all the same, right "14"? Sure is a relief to know that booze and cigs are easily obtained as positive alternatives to pot. Goodness knows, other than medical science and national crime statistics, "14" has all the proof he needs that pot is the scourge of man kind as much as meth is. "
