" The police and the firemen have contracted deals for themselves that are unfair to the tax payer. Just because they preform a service that is about safety and emergency they have held the cities hostage. They do this by threating to go on strike .Preying on the fears of the older people. They use thier strong unions to do this. They are one of the jokes of the system that calls themselves public servants. Then they demand this or demand that if you want them to do thier job.Retiring at age 50 with 90% of thier saleries is a slap in the face to the hard working people . who haveto put away money for thier retirement and do so making a lot less money than these self proclaimed public servants. Let them save thier own money like everyone else. They shpould put thier contracts in the paper for everyone to read,. Its just another greedy way of screwing the common man again. I for one dont take advantage of people just because i have the power. "

" One more thing to say. Anyone making excess of $100,000 a year plus benifits, and the benifits are great is no public sevant. They should get out and let someone else do thier easy jobs and most likely do them better because they care! "
