" I'm going to say yes on 5. The law shouldn't be about "lock up and throw away the key", but should include comprehensive plans for helping people recover their lives from drug addiction and the depths of petty, non-violent crime. "

" i say yes on prop 5 i am a drug user in recovery and they should give people with a drug problem a chance to get the help they need instead of locking them up. This prop is for people who have the disease of addiction and that is not a crime they just need help of finding a new way to live.... "
