CommentAuditions for “The Plot to Overthrow Christmas” are Oct. 5, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Oct. 6, 7- 9 p.m. at the Bay Terrace Theater, 51 Daniels Avenue, Vallejo. This 1929 radio script has been adapted for the stage to tell the story of how evil characters in history, led by the Devil, plot to get rid of the joy, love, and peace that Christmas brings.
Director Sandra Risser is looking for Santa Claus and four other adults, as well as four or five teenagers to play a variety of roles.
