CommentFred Frances Alric of Napa is facing felony domestic violence charges after police say he backed into his wife with his car in the parking lot of a Napa restaurant.
Alric, 53, was arguing with his wife in the Applebee’s restaurant on Soscol Avenue early Sunday night, according to police. The argument spilled out into the parking lot, when Alric got into his car to leave, Napa Police Sgt. Don Honeysaid.

While backing up to drive away, Alric reportedly struck his wife intentionally two times with his car, Honey said. Alric’s wife, 49, reported minor injuries to her left arm but declined medical attention, he said.
Alric was contacted at his home and arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
