Zone gymnasts sparkle in debut meet in Petaluma
The Gymnastics Zone of Napa sent 16 girls to the NorCal Moon Festival Meet at Redwood Empire Gymnastics in Petaluma where they competed with 150 athletes from around the Bay Area.

Leading the scoring was Chelsea Murdock with three goals on four shots, one assist and three steals; Laurel Davis with a goal on three shots, one assist and two steals; Heather O’Connor with a goal on four shots and two steals; and Olivia Husted with a goal on two shots, one steal and a field block.

Chelsea Murdock led the scoring with six goals on nine shots, one assist and a caused kickout; Olivia Husted had two goals on three shots, one assist and three steals; Zoie Konakis had a goal on two shots; Laurel Davis had three assists, one shot and three steals; and Olivia Vicencio had one shot.
Middle School Girls Volleyball: St. John’s-Napa 3, St. John’s-Healdburg 0
The St. John’s sixth-grade team won in Healdsburg on Saturday, 26-24, 25-27, 15-12.
