A history of gang violence

Ten years ago, Napa teen Michael Arreguin was shot and killed in a gang-related incident. In the aftermath, people ranging from school and government officials to law enforcement officers and community volunteers came together to suppress gang activity.

In December 2007, Ricardo Gonzalez was shot and killed in a gang-related incident. Today, police report a general increase in gang-related crime.

Now, dig deeper into the Registers archives. I'd bet you'll find alot more over the past 10 years. Some crimes may not be listed as gang related but, if you investigate further past just reading the articles. You may find more are gang related in some way or another. Like the history and associations of the offenders. "
