Shelton's life to be celebrated

CommentA celebration of life for Tom Shelton, who died July 26 after a long battle with brain cancer, will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Charles Krug Winery. A barbecue lunch will be served on the lawn and the afternoon will include live music. Attendees are asked to bring a picnic blanket, a pie or a bottle of wine.
Those attending are asked to join Tom’s family and friends to realize Tom’s last dream, a new bike path up the Napa Valley. Donations requested are $25 per person. Checks should be made to the Tom Shelton Napa Valley Bike Trail Fund.
