Bloggermania 2 is around the corner... Are you coming?  

For most of my school life I have been told to "keep my hands to myself" and to "use my words" when I want to express my likes or dislikes, at Tae Kwon Do classes to avoid conflict and give a warning before proceeding to protect the two feet of space around me, at home, to protect and help the weak or the one in need (animals included).

In the past few years, crime rates have been gone way up. I wonder why? I think the fact that it is now very rare that a person gets the punishment they deserve plays a very major role. Same with some people that seem to get away with tons of very serious stuff before being put in jail for a longer time than you go on vacation.

As an editor for many years, perhaps too many years, I have come to think in headlines.

It was the 1960s and a young man from New England decided to place his hat in the political ring: John F. Kennedy. Many were unaware that the future had plenty in store as a result of his leadership.

Andrew Cuomo, are you kidding us McCain? McCain is shooting from the hip again, not vetting whom he is talking about. Cuomo was ethically challenged, to say the least, when he worked as HUD secretary under Clinton. There were numerous scandals under him. And does he know anything about the Security and Exchange Commission?

It shows real gutlessness on the part of the American Canyon City Council, and couldn’t be a more undemocratic decision.
