" I keep asking Mr. Caldwell just who gave permission to post his political signs on the non-profit Serenity Homes property. If this was not in conflict with IRS regs, why no answer from him? There is a good reason for IRS regs with non-profits and elected officials (to be). I am not in his district, and this has nothing to do with his opponent. Just truth and integrity of this candidate. I await his answer, elected or not. "

" Two emails to him directly since Sep 25, and still no response. "

" Not even his supporters will touch this, apparently. Is this a sign that he concedes? "
