Caldwell v. Simpson, transportation

County Supervisor candidates for Dist. 5, Keith Caldwell and Gary Simpson, talk to American Canyon Chamber of Commerce board members about issues for that area and the entire county in a series of videos.

In this question, both candidates talk about the then-proposed countywide transportation sales tax and general transportation issues for Napa County.

Although the proposed tax is no longer on the ballot, their transportation comments are relevant to the election.
