Kaufman-Lyle wedding

Bethany Kaufman and Curtis Lyle were married Aug. 9, 2008, in Yountville.

The bride walked down the aisle to the Beatles’ “Here Comes the Sun.” Local band, Hall One, performed during the ceremony and reception. The bride’s comedic father was the officiant.

The bride’s maid of honor was Jessika Hulin. Bridesmaids included Anna Kaufman, Stephanie Ellis and Rebekah Jang. The groom’s beautiful daughters, Melissa and Courtney Lyle, served as the flower girls. The ring bearer was Isabella Jang.

The groom’s best man was Brian Indelicato. Groomsmen included Ben Robinson and Jesse Crane.

A reception followed the ceremony at Yountville Community Hall.

The couple honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for one week.

Bethany is the daughter of Robert and Sharon Kaufman of Vallejo. She is also the granddaughter of Evelyn Meyer of Vallejo and of Dorothy Auerbach of Vacaville. She is a 1998 graduate of Vintage High School and owner of Nannies of the Valley.

Curtis is the son and step-son of Edward and Sue Lyle of Napa and son of Sandy Spalding of Yountville. He is also the grandson of Gene and Barbara Lyle of Napa and of Rae Clegg of Arizona. He is a 1994 graduate of Vintage High School and works as an electrician.
