Jessica Rosemary Gilbert of Woodland and Bradley Perkins Ryder of San Jose are pleased to announce their engagement to be married June 27, 2009, at Black Butte Ranch in Sisters, Ore.

Bethany Kaufman and Curtis Lyle were married Aug. 9, 2008, in Yountville.

Mariachi Aztec, a six-member band who brought their musical heritage from six different states of Mexico. They play regularly at Rancho Grande on Jefferson, and perform at events and parties.

Audrey and Gary Luke celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 14, in the garden of the Seibert residence in Napa, with a dinner prepared by the couple’s four children. The featured entertainer was Mark Tate, a Napa vocalist. Also performing were Emily Burt (violinist) and Lyn Walkenhorst, singer of a humorous song with Gary and Audrey saying, instead of singing, modified words to “Do You Love Me?” from “Fiddler on the Roof.”

Mitchell Clarke graduated from the U.S. Marine Corps boot camp n San Diego on Aug. 22. After his leave, Clarke returns to Camp Pendleton to complete two months in the Corps’ School of Infantry.

Air Force Airman Anthony A. Hallford has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
