Two arrested for Target burglary

A trip to Target on Soscol Avenue landed a Napa man and his female companion in jail Sunday afternoon.
According to the Napa Police Department, Joseph Richard Dimicelli, 26, walked into Target around 3:36 p.m., put an MP3 player in his backpack and left the store without paying for it. Police said that he then stole a bicycle that was locked up outside of the store.
A be-on-the-lookout call went out to police and an alert Napa Valley College officer spotted Dimicelli and his companion, Tonya Jean Francis, 23, at a bus stop at Magnolia Drive and Highway 221. Police arrived shortly after and took the pair into custody.
Officers arrested Dimicelli on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property and violation or probation. They also arrested Francis on suspicion of violation of probation and possession of stolen property.

She grew up a few houses away from ua, before their family moved away. She used to bring her bike for me to fix while she played with my dog. She was a smart kid with a great personality, and would crash our BBQ's and devour our apple pie. She was a classic latch-key kid while both parents worked.
I wish her well..... "

It's sad to see someone you thought was a great kid go South... You're coming on like a lynch mob... Bias is relative... I never said she was innocent, I just stated that I feel bad for her plight... And you think that makes ME a bad guy...??? Sheesh...
Do I have compassion for someone I know...??? Of course... Where's your compassion for Cloud...??? "
