CommentVintage High School’s boys soccer team improved to 2-0 on the young season with Friday night’s 7-0 rout over San Marin in the Vintage Soccer Classic at Memorial Stadium.

Jorge Martinez made it 2-0 on a boot from about 20 yards out, and Christian Martinez put Vintage up 3-0 on a nice kick off a through ball.
The Crushers led 4-0 at intermission as Jesus Tijero capped off a three-pass sequence that covered about 50 yards. Avalos ignited the play with a pass to Juan Chavez, who set up Tijero for the goal.
