For 25 years, Napans have been buying paint from Bob McAdams at Devine Paint Center. Recently he opened a second store on Solano Avenue, near Ranch Market. 

The 32nd annual Napa Wine & Crafts Faire is Sept. 13, on First Street in downtown Napa. The event features close to 200 artists showing original handcrafted arts and crafts, and is free to attend. It’s a must see if shopping for yourself or if trying to get a jump on Christmas shopping.

Dear Len & Rosie, I never married and I have no children. My closest relatives are two sisters, one of whom, Patty, is in a nursing home in California, paid for by the state. I am not leaving her anything because the state would probably take it and my other sister, Julie, would see that she got money when she needed it. Everything I own; my home and my bank accounts, are in both my name and Julie’s name so that she would get it when I die. My question is: Should I see an attorney and have a will made up?
