CommentWhen police arrived at Blackhawk Towing on Soscol Avenue late Sunday night to investigate a call about someone breaking into vehicles, they came face to face with Jaime Naranjo Soria.
Although Soria was not inside the tow yard, he was in possession of several stereos, amplifiers, CD cases and stereo face plates, police said.

Soria, 19, of Napa was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property.
