Peter E. and Judy (Cabral) Gonzalez celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with their children at an intimate dinner at Farm, at the Carneros Inn. The couple previously celebrated their anniversary in April with a trip to Maui and Oahu, Hawaii.

They were originally married on Aug. 27, 1983, in Rutherford.
Peter and Judy met in Southern California at a family gathering. After a one-week whirlwind romance, Judy moved to Napa and they were married a year later.

Judy works as a respite care provider for foster children. She worked for Head Start for 14 years in Napa and retired in 2004.
Peter has worked 15 years as an electrical contractor for Pete Gonzalez Electric.

Peter and Judy both volunteer for the Church of Scientology Mission of Sonoma. They love to take long country drives (pre-gas-gouging days), antiquing, going to garage sales and attending auctions. They have three children together: Joshua Cabral Gonzalez and Lindsay Gill of Mosey Lake, Wash.; Jayne Marie Gonzalez of Lake Berryessa and Keri Joanne Gonzalez of Napa.
The couple would like to say a special thank you to those who helped them make it through the roughest patches and helped get them to this wonderful stage in their lives: Pete and Antonia Gonzalez of St. Helena; Helen Cabral and LeRoy Cabral (deceased) of Redlands; Larry and Marsha Bettinelli of Pope Valley; Laura C. Albano of Fountain Valley; and the Church of Scientology in Sacramento.
