Jeannine Mitchell and David Gruenwald were married on July 3, 2008, in Caorle, Italy. Their son, Micah Mitchell, was the ring bearer. Daisy Gruenwald was the maid of honor and Daniele Agnolon was the best man. A reception followed at the beautiful Villa dei Dogi. The couple honeymooned for one month in northern Italy.

Jeannine, a graduate of Vintage High School, received a B.A. in linguistics from U.C. Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Italian literature from San Francisco State University. She is currently working as a high school Italian teacher.
David is a graduate of chef management from a culinary school in Jesolo, Italy. He now works for an Italian import company in the wine industry.

The couple live in Napa.
