On Friday night, a 25-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run, Napa Police said Saturday.

Fernando Garcia Andrade was driving his Neon, when he allegedly hit another vehicle in front of him near Lincoln and Soscol avenues.
He then fled the scene, police said.

Andrade was arrested at home on the 1100 block of Silverado Avenue and booked at the Napa County Jail.

" This is good news. It's scary how many hit and runs we have had in the last few years. The worst part of it is people seem to care much more about themselves than humanity as a whole. Is it possible we have a population that does not know what to do when they are in an accident? "
