A small fire broke in a bathroom at an assisted living facility north of Napa late Saturday afternoon, Napa Fire reported Saturday. There were no injuries.

Firefighters arrived at the scene a little before 5:30 p.m. at Summerville at Villa Del Rey on the 3200 block of Villa Lane off Trancas Avenue.

The fire, which was contained in a bathroom on the first floor in the rear of the complex, was knocked out within minutes, according to Napa Fire.

There was very little fire but the smoke was “pretty black,” Napa Fire Capt. Carl Johnson said.

The fire remains under investigation, he said.
