Fire at assisted living facility

A small fire broke in a bathroom at an assisted living facility north of Napa late Saturday afternoon, Napa Fire reported Saturday. There were no injuries.

Hit and Run arrest

On Friday night, a 25-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run, Napa Police said Saturday.

Gang arrest

A 16-year-old suspected Sureño gang member was arrested and booked Friday at Napa Juvenile Hall for assault with a deadly weapon on the 300 block of Brown Street.

Playing to win

Bocce players and friends came in force Saturday to the Napa Valley Senior Center for a day of good-natured competition, all for a good cause.
